Free Text Search Search Tips The Diomed Developments Search Engine will search all files on the Diomed Developments Web site only To search for a category of information use the Subject drop-down selector. This will insert the selected category (unseen) in your keyword search. To search for individual keywords simply key those keywords into the input box provided. Note: you do not need to select a Subject for simple keyword searching. Where you wish to use more than one keyword please make use of the following logical operators: To search for files which contain two specific words use the AND operator before the words, e.g. AND Diomed AND Developments. To search for files where a specific word is not present use the NOT operator before the word to be excluded, e.g. Diomed NOT Developments. To search for files where a specific phrase is present enclose the phrase in double quotes, e.g. "Diomed Developments". Remember: - If you put two or more words without logical operators, OR is the default. This means that all files will be returned which contain any of the words, but files which contain all of them will be returned at the top of the list as a better match.
