What you should know about Happinose
The name of your treatment is Happinose. It contains 0.3% w/w of the active ingredient menthol. It also contains eucalyptol and geranium oil, together with white soft paraffin and light liquid paraffin as an ointment base. This tube contains 14 g of Happinose.
Happinose is a soothing nasal decongestant balm. Happinose relieves congestion and soothes irritated skin in and around the nose.

Happinose is a nasal decongestant balm with menthol and natural essential oils for the symptomatic relief of nasal congestion associated with the common cold, catarrh, head colds and hayfever.
When NOT to use Happinose
DO NOT use on children under the age of 5 years.
DO NOT use if you are sensitive to any of its ingredients (as listed above).
For your safety
Keep away from the eyes.
How to use Happinose
To open, unscrew the cap, turn it upside-down and use the sharp point inside the cap to pierce the tube membrane.
Blow the nose carefully before using Happinose.
For adults: Carefully apply up to 1 cm of Happinose in and around each nostril, using the little finger, and inhale through the nose. Re-apply every four hours or as required.
Happinose may also be applied to the bridge of the nose, throat and chest and between the shoulders.
Wash hands after use.
In case of irritation, discontinue use. Seek medical advice if you experience any other undesirable effects when using Happinose.
How to store Happinose
Do not store above 25°C. Keep container tightly closed. Store Happinose where children cannot see or reach it. This product should not be used after the expiry date shown on the fold of the tube.
