Capasal Therapeutic Shampoo

Capasal is recommended for dry scaly scalp conditions, such as psoriasis, seborrhoeic dermatitis, cradle cap and dandruff. Capasal contains 3 ingredients for a triple action on the scalp:

• Salicylic acid loosens and softens the scales
• Distilled coal tar has anti-itch and keratoplastic properties, and may help reduce the abnormal thickness of the epidermis
• Coconut oil softens and moisturises the skin on the scalp
